INITIAL DETAILS WE NEED FROM YOU TO TAKE A DEAL ON
- Full address including postcode
- Is it built-complete (when?)… or is it off-plan? (completion date?)
- Houses or apartments? (If apts, how many floors in the block?)
- Freehold or leasehold? (how many years left?)
- Already tenanted? (if so, what is the actual rent?)
- If not tenanted, how much will the units rent for?
- Is the property off-market (no worries if it is not, but we just need to know)
- Are the prices exclusive to us? (or do other agents have access to the same deal?)
- The schedule (preferable in excel format) should include the following:
- Beds
- Sizes (sq ft)
- Market Value / List Price
- Bottom-line that the vendor wants (we will then work it backwards)
- Rents
- Yield
