  • New builds AND Resales welcome
  • Off-Market OR Exclusive Price
  • We must be able to contact the Vendor’s solicitor to verify deliverability
  • Off-plan AND Resale
  • Purchase Prices from £30,000 upto £1.5million
  • Freehold AND Leasehold
  • Apartments AND Houses
  • Tenanted AND Untenanted
  • 1 – 12 units at a time

INITIAL DETAILS WE NEED FROM YOU TO TAKE A DEAL ON

  • Full address including postcode
  • Is it built-complete (when?)… or is it off-plan? (completion date?)
  • Houses or apartments? (If apts, how many floors in the block?)
  • Freehold or leasehold? (how many years left?)
  • Already tenanted? (if so, what is the actual rent?)
  • If not tenanted, how much will the units rent for?
  • Is the property off-market (no worries if it is not, but we just need to know)
  • Are the prices exclusive to us? (or do other agents have access to the same deal?)
  • The schedule (preferable in excel format) should include the following:
  1. Beds
  2. Sizes (sq ft)
  3. Market Value / List Price
  4. Bottom-line that the vendor wants (we will then work it backwards)
  5. Rents
  6. Yield
