The total price payable for Secure is the price displayed at the top of this page and confirmed at checkout.
Purchasing Secure does not purchase Kingsriver Sourcing Essentials or Kingsriver Sourcing Core and does not create any obligation to purchase either package later.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE IMMEDIATELY
At purchase you receive:
- Property Sourcing Project Plan
- Property Sourcing Summary Manual
- Compliance Checklist
- Property Sourcing Online Course – Module 1
- 12 months’ portal access from the date of this Secure purchase
The applicable materials are supplied immediately and/or emailed to you as attachments.
Anything emailed directly to you, or downloaded by you during your access period, is yours to retain for your own use.
WHAT SECURE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Secure does not include:
- further course modules beyond Module 1;
- the downloads contained within later modules;
- monthly live Q&A and Spotlight Topic sessions;
- dedicated mentorship and support;
- referral bonus participation;
- Partner Co-Sourcing & Direct Sourcing Deal Kit;
- Partner Co-Sourcing opportunities;
- Direct Sourcing opportunities; or
- the other services and benefits included with Essentials or Core.
These are only obtained if you subsequently purchase the relevant package.
YOUR 12-MONTH UPGRADE OPTION
For 12 months from your Secure purchase, you may choose to upgrade to:
- Kingsriver Sourcing Essentials; or
- Kingsriver Sourcing Core.
There is no obligation to upgrade.
If you upgrade within that period, the amount you paid for Secure is credited in full against the applicable package price.
Protected upgrade pricing
The package prices available at the time you purchase Secure are protected for your 12-month redemption period.
Your purchase confirmation records the protected package prices applicable to your Secure purchase.
When you later upgrade:
- if the applicable package price has increased, your protected package price applies; or
- if the applicable public package price is lower, you receive the benefit of that lower price.
In either case, the amount you paid for Secure is credited in full against the applicable upgrade price.
SECURE IS NOT A DEPOSIT
The Secure payment purchases the digital content and access described on this page.
It is not a deposit or part-payment that obliges you to purchase Essentials or Core.
No package balance becomes due merely because you purchased Secure.
If you choose not to upgrade:
- you owe nothing further;
- no package balance becomes payable;
- your unused upgrade opportunity expires after 12 months; and
- you retain anything supplied or downloaded during your Secure access period.
PORTAL ACCESS WHEN YOU UPGRADE
Your initial portal-access period begins on the date you purchase Secure.
Upgrading to Essentials or Core does not ordinarily restart a new 12-month portal-access period.
If fewer than 3 months remain on your Secure portal-access period when you upgrade, your access will instead be extended so that you have at least 3 months’ portal access from your upgrade date.
This access rule does not extend the separate 12-month Secure redemption period or restart any Partner Opportunity period applicable to the package you later purchase.

Secure contains digital content only.
No mentorship, support, Partner Opportunity service or other ongoing service is included in the Secure purchase.
Nothing further is payable unless you later choose to purchase Essentials or Core.
DIGITAL CONTENT AND CANCELLATION
Secure is digital content supplied immediately after purchase.
At checkout you expressly request that supply of the Secure digital content begins immediately.
You also acknowledge that, once supply of that digital content begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the Secure digital-content purchase.
Your statutory rights where the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with consumer law are unaffected.
CLARIFICATION OF THE SECURE OFFER
For clarity:
- Secure is a product in its own right.
- Your Secure payment buys the digital content specifically listed on this page.
- Secure is not a deposit for Essentials or Core.
- Purchasing Secure does not commit you to making any further payment.
- “12-month redemption” means that you have 12 months from your Secure purchase to choose whether to upgrade under the protected-pricing arrangement.
- “Package to be picked” means that you may choose either Essentials or Core during that period; you do not choose a package merely by purchasing Secure.
- The amount paid for Secure is credited in full only if you upgrade within the applicable 12-month redemption period.
- The package prices applicable when you purchase Secure are recorded in your purchase confirmation and protected during that redemption period.
- If a lower applicable public package price is available when you upgrade, that lower price applies instead.
- If you do not upgrade within the redemption period, the protected pricing and upgrade credit expire.
- Your Secure portal access lasts for 12 months from purchase, subject to the minimum post-upgrade access rule described above.
- Upgrading does not ordinarily restart a fresh 12-month portal-access period.
- Anything emailed directly to you, or downloaded during your applicable portal-access period, is yours to retain for your own use.
Nothing on this page excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rigts.
