Core is purchased in full at checkout. There is no outstanding package purchase balance, deferred package payment or compulsory later package payment.
The Core Partner Rate described below applies only to fees arising from qualifying completed Partner Co-Sourcing or Direct Sourcing transactions.

Your access runs for 12 months from purchase, subject to the separate access rules below where you are upgrading from a previously purchased Secure Offer.
Lessons and modules unlock as you progress through the training at your own pace within your access period.
12 Monthly Live Sessions
One 60-minute online Q&A and Spotlight Topic session each month for 12 months.

You can send questions to the dedicated support email address. Depending on the query, we may respond by email, text, telephone, online meeting or direct you to the relevant training.

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR TRAINING
Partner Co-Sourcing & Direct Sourcing Opportunities
Your training is complete when every module shows as completed in your portal.
To unlock these opportunities, you must complete your training within your applicable portal-access period and your business must have the registrations and compliance requirements specified in your Compliance Checklist before undertaking a transaction.
Partner Co-Sourcing
Partner Co-Sourcing can work in either direction.
Introduce one of your buyers
You can market agreed properties to your buyers.
If you introduce a buyer for a property held by a partner sourcing company, the sourcing fee is shared between you and the partner sourcing company according to the fee arrangement applicable to your Core package at that time.
Submit a property you have sourced
You can submit suitable properties you have sourced for approval and potential marketing to investor leads held by our partner sourcing companies.
If a buyer introduced through the partner sourcing company purchases the property, the sourcing fee is shared according to the fee arrangement applicable to your Core package at that time.
Our partner sourcing companies collectively hold thousands of investor leads to whom suitable property opportunities may be advertised.
Submission of a property does not guarantee that it will be accepted, advertised or purchased.
Direct Sourcing
You can source properties and sites for our Buying Company to consider buying or securing directly.
If our Buying Company purchases or secures a property you have sourced under an agreed sourcing arrangement, you are paid the proportion of the agreed sourcing fee applicable to your Core package at that time.
Properties must meet the Buying Company’s current buying criteria.
Submission of a property does not oblige the Buying Company to proceed. The Buying Company decides whether to buy or secure any particular property.
CORE PARTNER RATE
Core has its own commercial fee-sharing arrangement on qualifying transactions.
Core is fully paid when purchased. The Core Partner Rate is not an outstanding purchase-price balance and does not create a requirement for you to make a later package payment.
While the Core Partner Rate applies:

When does the Core Partner Rate end?
The Core Partner Rate applies until the first of the following occurs:
1. The additional fee share retained because of the Core Partner Rate reaches £3,000; or
2. The 24-month Partner Opportunity period expires.
The £3,000 figure is a cap on the additional fee share that can be retained under the Core Partner Rate. It is not an amount you owe us.
If the £3,000 cap is reached before the end of the 24-month Partner Opportunity period, the standard rates apply to subsequent qualifying transactions for the remainder of that period:
- Partner Co-Sourcing: you receive 50%
- Direct Sourcing: you receive 100%
If the £3,000 cap is not reached before the 24-month Partner Opportunity period expires, the Core Partner Rate simply ends with that period. There is no outstanding amount to pay and no unused balance becomes due.
If you complete no qualifying transactions, nothing becomes payable under the Core Partner Rate.
PARTNER OPPORTUNITY PERIOD
The Partner Co-Sourcing and Direct Sourcing arrangements described on this page with our designated partner Sourcing Company and Buying Company are available for 24 months from your Core purchase.
Completing the training later within your 12-month portal-access period does not restart that 24-month period.
Other partner sourcing companies are separate businesses and may have their own property criteria, transaction documentation and commercial terms.

Total price
The total price payable for Core is the price displayed at the top of this page and confirmed at checkout.
There are no compulsory later package payments.
For contractual allocation and statutory cancellation purposes, the Core package price actually paid is allocated as follows:

The pound value of each component is calculated by applying the percentage above to the Core package price actually paid.
This allocation does not add anything to the total price you pay.
IF YOU PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED THE SECURE OFFER
If you previously purchased the Secure Offer and are still within its applicable redemption period, the amount you paid for Secure is credited towards your Core purchase in accordance with the terms that applied when you purchased Secure.
Your resulting Core price will be shown before you place your order.
Upgrading does not ordinarily restart a new 12-month portal-access period. Your Secure Offer access rules continue to apply, including any minimum post-upgrade access period stated in the Secure Offer you purchased.
DIGITAL CONTENT AND CANCELLATION
Your package contains both digital content and services.
Course & Materials – 80%
The Course & Materials element is digital content and represents 80% of the total agreed package price.
Supply of the digital-content element begins immediately on purchase. Your initial materials and first course module are supplied or made available immediately, with further course content unlocking progressively in accordance with the course structure described on this page.
At checkout you expressly request that supply of the digital-content element begins immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel that digital-content element.
Service elements – 20%
Mentorship & Support represents 10% of the package price and Partner Opportunity Services represents 10%.
At checkout you expressly request that the applicable services begin during the 14-day cancellation period.
Your statutory cancellation rights continue to apply to those service elements during that period.
If you cancel a service element within the applicable 14-day cancellation period after requesting early performance, any amount payable for services already supplied will be calculated proportionately by reference to the relevant service element and the amount of that service supplied before cancellation.
Any refundable balance of the cancelled service element will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.
Your statutory rights where anything supplied is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with consumer law are unaffected.
CLARIFICATION OF THE OFFER
The Masterclass introduces the Core offer at a high level. This page provides the detailed Core package terms and definitions available to you before purchase.
For clarity:
- “Immediately supplied” means the Property Sourcing Summary Manual, Project Plan, Compliance Checklist and first course module.
- Processes, scripts, contracts, templates, spreadsheets, checklists and other course materials unlock within their relevant lessons as you progress.
- The Partner Co-Sourcing & Direct Sourcing Deal Kit is not included with Core.
- “Partner Co-Sourcing” means working on a qualifying property transaction with a partner sourcing company and sharing the sourcing fee according to the applicable Core fee arrangement.
- “Direct Sourcing” means sourcing qualifying properties or sites for our Buying Company to consider buying or securing directly.
- References to “thousands of investors” or our investor database mean investor leads held by our partner sourcing companies to whom suitable opportunities may be advertised.
- “Find properties for us to buy” means sourcing properties or sites that satisfy the Buying Company’s current criteria for consideration. The Buying Company decides whether to proceed.
- Completion of the training does not guarantee that you will source a property, introduce a buyer, complete a transaction or earn a sourcing fee.
- Portal access is time-limited and ends in accordance with the access terms applicable to your purchase.
- Partner Co-Sourcing and Direct Sourcing opportunities only unlock once the training has been completed within the applicable access period and the required business compliance is in place.
- The Core Partner Rate affects the sharing of fees from qualifying completed transactions. It is not an outstanding Core purchase balance.
- Anything emailed directly to you, or downloaded by you during your applicable access period, is yours to retain for your own use.
